1:1 Lash Course Day – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the 1:1 Lash Course Day, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Refund Policy:
All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once your spot is reserved, it is secured exclusively for you and cannot be transferred or refunded.

Full Payment Obligation:
The student is responsible for paying the full course amount, regardless of attendance, cancellation, or any unforeseen circumstances. No partial payments or credits will be accepted in lieu of attendance.

Tardiness & Interruptions:
Timeliness is critical to the success of the training day. Any tardiness or personal interruptions that interfere with the curriculum are the sole responsibility of the student.

Missed instruction due to lateness or distractions will not be made up, rescheduled, or refunded.

The educator is not obligated to extend the training day to accommodate delays caused by the student.

Rescheduling Policy:
Once a course date is secured, students may reschedule once with a minimum of 14 days' notice.

Requests made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled training will result in forfeiture of the payment and the session.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.

Respect for Time & Curriculum:
This 1:1 training is intentionally designed to provide maximum education and value in a single day. Students are expected to arrive on time, be prepared, and remain fully present throughout the course.

By submitting payment and securing a date, you confirm that you understand and agree to all terms outlined above.

Customized Course Disclaimer:
This 1:1 Lash Course is an extremely customized and personalized experience. The instructor invests significant time planning, designing, and tailoring the curriculum to meet the unique needs, goals, and skill level of each individual student. Because of this highly customized format, these policies are in place to protect the integrity of the experience and the instructor’s time.
