Siroki Studio – Lash Education Terms & Conditions

1. Payment & Enrollment

Your payment confirms your enrollment and secures your training date.

Spots are extremely limited; therefore, all sales are final.

No cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access to training, digital materials, or certification.

2. Rescheduling Policy

You may request a reschedule one time with at least 7 days’ notice.

Reschedule requests made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in a $150 rescheduling fee.

No-call/no-show results in complete forfeiture of your tuition with no reschedule option.

3. No Refund Policy

Because your educator’s time, studio space, model scheduling, and kit materials are secured in advance, tuition is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

4. Kit & Supplies

Your full professional lash kit is included in your tuition.

Kits may vary based on availability, product updates, or supplier changes.

All kits are final sale.

5. Training Requirements

To receive your certification, you must:

Attend the full 2-day training

Participate in hands-on practice

Complete your model set

Demonstrate safe and correct application techniques

Certification is earned — not guaranteed — and is awarded solely at the educator’s discretion for safety and quality reasons.

6. Model Responsibility

Students are encouraged to bring their own model if preferred.

If you need assistance securing a model, the studio may help coordinate — however, this is not guaranteed.

If a model does not show, alternative practice methods will be used.

7. Digital Materials

You will receive digital access to training slides after the program.

All training content, slides, and materials are intellectual property of Siroki Studio and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or used to teach others.

8. Content to Clients Bonus Month

This complimentary bonus includes 30 days of access.
Early cancellation, refunds, or cash value are not permitted.
Students may choose to continue the membership at the monthly rate after the free month ends.

9. Studio Policies

During training, students agree to:

Follow all sanitation and safety procedures

Conduct themselves professionally

Respect studio property, equipment, and staff

Maintain confidentiality regarding other clients and artists

The studio reserves the right to dismiss any student who violates safety or conduct guidelines without refund.

10. Liability Release

By enrolling, you acknowledge and understand:

Lash applications involve the use of adhesives, tools, and products that must be used safely.

Siroki Studio and its educators are not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of materials once students leave the training environment.

You accept full responsibility for your actions when practicing on models or future clients.

You agree to hold Siroki Studio, its educators, staff, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the training or your lash work.

11. Photography & Media Release

You grant permission for Siroki Studio to capture photos or videos during training for educational or marketing purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, you must notify your educator prior to training.

12. Agreement

By checking the box at checkout and completing payment, you confirm that you have:

✔ Are enrolling willingly and responsibly

These terms are legally binding upon purchase.

Siroki Studio – Cancellation Policy

Beginner Fundamentals 2-Day Training

To maintain training quality, protect educator time, and ensure proper preparation of materials and kits, the following cancellation policy applies to all lash education enrollments:

1. All Sales Are Final

Once tuition is paid, there are no cancellations and no refunds, regardless of reason.
This includes:

Schedule conflicts

Illness

Emergency situations

Travel delays

Change of mind

Inability to attend

Your payment immediately secures:

Your educator’s schedule

Studio space

Your training kit

Administrative preparation

For this reason, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Rescheduling

You may request a reschedule one time, provided you give a minimum of 7 days’ notice.

Reschedule request with 7+ days notice: Free one-time move

Reschedule request with less than 7 days notice: $150 rescheduling fee

Second reschedule request: Additional $150 fee (no exceptions)

Requests must be submitted in writing.

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up to your scheduled training day without notice:

You forfeit 100% of your tuition

You lose your spot and your kit

No reschedule is permitted

No credit is applied

No-shows significantly impact our educators and studio operations — for this reason, we enforce this strictly.

4. Late Arrivals

Due to the structure of the training, arriving more than 30 minutes late may result in:

Loss of your model time

Inability to complete the curriculum

Being marked as a “late-show,” which may require rescheduling with additional fees

Certification cannot be issued if curriculum cannot be completed.

5. Studio-Caused Changes

In the rare event Siroki Studio must reschedule due to:

Educator emergency

Studio closure

Unforeseen circumstances

You will be offered the next available dates at no extra cost.
No refunds will be issued, but your enrollment will be fully honored.

6. Illness & Medical Situations

For the safety of our staff and other students:

If you are sick, you must notify us immediately.

Illness does not qualify for a refund.

You may reschedule following the standard reschedule policy and fees.

7. Agreement
